Home Visits Are Available.

My usual zone for a Home Visit consultation is from Broadbeach to Pottsville and then, Northern Rivers/Byron Shire (incurs a travel fee).

On request I can also travel further north GC which incurs a small travel fee.

Here is a list of my services I can offer you:

Breastfeeding Planning Session - $300

First time mums:

A prenatal consultation goes for up to 90 mins.  During this time I will provide antenatal education in relation to breastfeeding and how to make breastfeeding successful from the very first feed!  Your personalised breastfeeding plan will be made during your consultation and emailed to you so that you have the confidence and support from the birth of your baby.

Second time mums:

A prenatal consultation goes for approx 90 mins.  During this time we will debrief and discuss your previous breastfeeding journey’s and discuss how to make breastfeeding successful from the very first feed!  This may include use of some natural healing modalities to help move past the previous experience if there was any trauma. Your personalised breastfeeding plan will be made during your consultation and emailed to you so that you have the confidence and support from the birth of your baby.

Initial Postnatal Consultation  $300

This includes an up to 90 min consultation. Preferably a home visit IF first 4 weeks postpartum. During this time a comprehensive history, oral exam and an observation of a feed will be undertaken.  From this assessment a plan will be created.  Follow up phone/email communication for 2 weeks is included in this fee.

These areas include:

• Sore/damaged nipples

• Mastitis management

• Low milk production

• Low weight gain

• Reflux/unsettled babies/colic

• Feeding with nipple shields

• Correcting positioning and attachment

• Assessment for tongue/lip tie and management plan

• Re-lactation

• Inducing lactation

• Bottle feeding support

Short Initial Consultation $225

This includes a 60 min consultation. A short initial is similar to the full initial consultation but mainly used for families who may already know their problem area is and require some additional support but don’t require a full initial consultation. Follow up phone/email support for 2 weeks included.

These areas include:

• Post tongue/lip tie release rehabilitation

• Weaning advice

• Return to work/expressing plans

• Advice for introducing solids to baby

Subsequent Consultation – $225

A subsequent consultation runs for approx. 45-60 mins that is a review of the previous feeding plan. During this consultation I will assess progress and discuss new options. Follow up phone/email support for 2 weeks included.
